It’s handpiece is used to break your cataractous lens into small fragments with ultrasonic energy and then aspirating it out of eye so that a new IOL / lens can be implanted. It provides great chamber ( anterior chamber is a part of your eye which accommodates lens ) stability while performing surgery with its advanced hardware giving greater control to the surgeon and customizable software settings allowing the surgeon to efficiently plan surgery in cataracts of different types and grades.
